Yes, you read that right. Alienware Arena will be invading PAX Prime in Seattle from August 26-28. This is your chance to immerse yourself in new and unreleased content from top gaming publishers exclusively on sixteen blistering fast Alienware M17x laptops. If you’ll be in Seattle during the event you’ve got no excuse. Be there. Seriously.
For the unfamiliar, PAX Prime is among the world’s most amazing gaming festivals on the planet. For three days, Seattle plays host to video gamers, tabletop gamers, and gaming geeks of all persuasions as they meet with developers, publishers, and each other to revel in all things gaming. For Alienware, it’s a unique chance to meet with gamers from around the globe face to face to showcase the latest and greatest in PC gaming technology and interact with our customers.

Battlefield 3
Alienware will be the only booth showing the PC game on the exhibitor floor, so there is only one place to be for hands-on time with this upcoming blockbuster title. Be one of the lucky few to compete in an 8v8 Team Deathmatch for a chance to win exclusive Alienware swag. Whether you win or lose, I promise you’ll have some bragging rights and tons of fun! Guild Wars 2®
An Alienware booth exclusive, get a chance to have some real hands-on with this highly anticipated game, as we’ll be holding 5v5 GW2 matches. The finalists of the tourney will have their chance to go up against the developers themselves for a shot at NVidia EVGA GTX 560 graphics cards! The developers didn’t like your suggestions? Now’s your chance to get even!
If you just want to try out a demo, there will be play time available.
Blacklight Retribution
Check out this new free-to-play MMO in the spirit of MechWarrior or Battletech. We’ll be holding an 8v8 event sponsored by Perfect World for Blacklight Retribution prizes!
League of Legends – Dominion mode
Prepare for Dominion mode! Be the first among your friends to get a look at this new game mode by having the folks from Riot Games give you a walk through. All participants will get a chance at a new skin code to prove you were there.
Hamilton’s Great Adventure
For our more casual gaming friends, check out Hamilton’s Great Adventure and earn tickets to win a pair of GUNNAR’s PPK – Gloss Onyx glasses. Each level you beat gets you another ticket! If you feel you’re up for the task, face the Alienware challenge map. The first person to beat two maps each day will win the glasses outright!

Edit: 8/26 - Unfortunately due to circumstances, the Battlefield 3 tournament event will not take place at PAX. We have it on good authority that Battlefield 3 will be back in action with Alienware soon enough.
