I just had to share this pie with you all. It is quite possibly the prettiest pie I've ever made. LOL. I usually just go by the motto: "Who cares if it's messy, it'll still taste good.". But this pie defied the odds of messy cooking in my kitchen. I posted about it on facebook and as usual, I expect people to want the recipe, so I thought I'd just blog about it and post the recipe here. That way just in case any of my followers want it, they can enjoy it too! Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie w/Pretzel Crust1 Pint Strawberries (cut into fourths)1 Container Strawberry Glaze (i used sugar free)1 1/2 Cups Pretzel Sticks (chopped)Mix the pretzel sticks, butter and sugar together and spread in pie pan. Pat down and put in oven on 350 degrees for about 8 minutes. Remove pie crust to cool. While crust is baking, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla with mixer until well blended. Then fold in cool whip and stir til blended. When crust is cool you can add this in. Then mix strawberries and glaze to add to the top. Refrigerate and enjoy!
